Cookie policy
Cookie policy
Version of 31 October 2026.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Cookie Policy sets out which cookies and similar technologies are used on the Nysana Studio website (the “Website”), for what purposes, and how the User can manage them.
1.2. The Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Website’s Privacy Policy. Terms have the meanings defined in the Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
2.1. Cookies are small text files stored in the User’s browser when visiting the Website. They allow the browser to be recognised, settings to be remembered and the Website to work properly.
2.2. Alongside cookies, the Website may use similar technologies — the browser’s local storage and session storage. This Cookie Policy applies to them as well.
3. Categories of cookies used
3.1. Strictly necessary. They ensure the basic operation and security of the Website: remembering the chosen language and cookie settings and protecting forms against automated requests. They are used without the User’s consent, as the Website cannot function properly without them.
3.2. Functional. They keep the progress in the price calculator and information about the traffic source within the current session, so the User does not have to enter data again. They are deleted when the browser tab is closed.
3.3. Analytics. They allow depersonalised visitor statistics to be collected and help understand how Users interact with the Website. They are set only after the User has chosen “Accept all” in the cookie notice.
3.4. The Operator may also count visits in a depersonalised way, without cookies and without identifying the User.
4. Third-party cookies
4.1. Some cookies may be set by third-party services the Operator uses for form protection and web analytics. Data processing by such services is governed by their own policies.
4.2. The Operator does not use cookies to show advertising and does not share cookie data with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Retention periods
5.1. Session cookies and session storage data are deleted when the browser or tab is closed. Persistent cookies are kept for the period set for each of them, or until the User deletes them.
6. Managing cookies
6.1. On the first visit, the User can accept all cookies or allow only strictly necessary ones. The choice can be changed at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the Website.
6.2. The User can also delete or block cookies in the browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may cause the Website to work incorrectly.
7. Final provisions
7.1. The Operator may amend this Cookie Policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Website.
7.2. Questions about the use of cookies can be sent to nysana.studio@gmail.com.
