It depends on the task: a landing page takes 7–10 days, a business website 2–3 weeks, an online store 3–5 weeks. We name the exact timeline after our first conversation and fix it before we start. Along the way we show you interim versions, so you can see the progress and share your wishes in time. If you need the site urgently, tell us and we will do our best to speed up.

Payment is made in two stages, and you always know what you are paying for. First we make the homepage mockup for free. Once you like it, we fix the scope of work, the timeline and the final price — and you pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due only after launch: when the site is live on your domain, you have checked everything and accepted the result. No hidden extras: everything included in the work is agreed in advance. The domain and hosting are paid separately, directly to the provider, so they stay yours.

That’s fine — this is exactly what the free mockup is for. We first show you what the homepage will look like, and you risk nothing before paying. If something misses the mark, we will gladly redo it: we take all your wishes on style, colours, fonts and tone into account and suggest other options. We keep going until you truly like the result, and only then move on to development.

Very little: tell us about your business, services and clients, and send your logo and photos if you have them. If something is missing, don’t worry: we will help with the copy, pick quality images and suggest what is best to show on the site. Everything else — structure, design, development and launch — is on us.

Yes. With the Business and Store plans, your site comes with an easy control panel (CMS). There you change texts, prices, photos, products and offers yourself — as easily as editing a document, with no developer and no code. After launch we will show you how everything works and answer any questions. And if you don’t have time to deal with it, we will make the edits for you.

Yes, and we recommend registering them in your name: that way the site and all access belong to you, not to the studio. We will help you choose a reliable provider and a good name for the site, then connect and set everything up. The domain and hosting are paid separately at the provider’s rates — usually a small yearly amount.

Support means specialists look after your site while you focus on your business. It includes: — edits to texts, prices and photos on request; — updates and protection against vulnerabilities; — regular backups, so nothing gets lost; — checks that the site and request forms work without failures; — advice on growing your site. For the first 3 months after launch we fix any bugs for free. After that, monthly support is available if you want it.

Yes. An online store or a site with online booking can accept convenient online payments: via Kaspi, by bank card or another popular method. Customers pay for an order in a couple of clicks right on the site, and you get a payment notification instantly. We will help you choose the right method, then connect, configure and test everything before launch.
