5 reasons your website brings no requests

You have a website but no requests? Five common reasons and what to do about each — without big spending.
A website is a salesperson, not a shop window
Most often the problem is neither the design nor “bad traffic”: the website simply doesn’t lead the visitor to act. Here are the five reasons we see most often and what to do about each.
1. It’s unclear what you offer
A visitor decides in a few seconds whether to stay. If the first screen says “We are a dynamically developing company”, they leave. The first screen should show what you do, for whom, and why they should choose you.
What to do: rewrite the headline so that someone who has never heard of you understands it. Add a subheading with the benefit and the timeline.
2. You’re hard to reach
A ten-field form, a phone number in small print in the footer, no WhatsApp — every extra step loses some clients. In Kazakhstan people would rather message on WhatsApp than call or fill in a form.
What to do: a WhatsApp button with a ready message on every screen and a short form — name and phone.
3. The website is slow or awkward on a phone
Most visitors come from a phone. If a page loads slowly or the buttons are hard to tap, people close it before reading.
What to do: test the website on pagespeed.web.dev and on your own phone over mobile data. Compress photos, remove extra scripts and pop-ups.
4. There’s no trust
People are wary of paying a company they don’t know. Without real work, terms, “from” prices, an address and company details, it looks as if something is being hidden.
What to do: show real projects and reviews, give your company details, explain how payment works and what the price includes. Don’t invent numbers — clients notice.
5. Nobody knows the website performs badly
Without statistics you can’t see where people come from and where they leave. Then the ad budget is spent blindly.
What to do: set up Yandex Metrica or another analytics tool with goals — a request, a WhatsApp click, a call. Check once a month what has changed.
