The spoken part of English is hard to practise alone: it is unclear where you mispronounced a word or whether you read too fast or too slow.

The goal was a service that gives feedback without a teacher — open an essay, read it aloud, see the result.

A web app that works right in the browser: essay text, voice recording and a breakdown of your reading by pronunciation and pace.

The interface is built around one action — press and read. It is an example of a complex web service with audio and thoughtful UX, not just a business-card site.
